How Every Bottle Is Made

Eight steps from seed to bottle. Maintained below 30°C. Wood and cold press. Zero chemicals. Complete traceability.

The Wooden Chekku Method

A Traditional Technique. Science-Validated.

The traditional Chekku (wooden rotary press) presses seeds at low ambient temperatures below 30°C, extracting oil without triggering heat oxidation. Modern nutritional science confirms this preserves heat-sensitive micronutrients that industrial refining destroys.

Wood and cold pressing retains up to 3× more Vitamin E, natural antioxidants, and essential fatty acids compared to solvent-extracted refined oils.
